A new Minecraft server that just opened in 2026. Java and Bedrock, any recent version.
Oxidization opened in 2026. It is brand new - a few of us are on daily so far. If you like being early somewhere, this is early.
The idea is a vanilla+ SMP that allows griefing but isn't anarchy. Fights over resources, raids on bases, taking somebody's stuff: fine. Wiping the map with a TNT duper: not fine. There's a proper rules page below.
Runs on Java 1.21.11 and works with Bedrock through a cross-play layer, so mobile / console friends can join too. Any recent Minecraft version should connect.
Nothing that touches crafting, combat, or progression. Just things that make a shared server less painful.
Java 1.21.x is the sweet spot. Older Java versions and Bedrock also connect through the cross-play layer, no setup on your end.
Multiplayer → Add Server. Paste the IP. Domain will be posted here and in Discord the day it's ready:

Read the spawn signs, /rtp when you want to head out. Anything confusing, ask in chat.
When someone gets verified, their Minecraft head shows up here. The border glows patina green when they're live. Right now the wall is mostly empty spots.
Stream Minecraft and want on this wall? Ping the mods in Discord. We keep the bar low but not on the floor - 30+ regular viewers or you have to be a friend of the server.

Raid people, take stuff, break stuff, burn something down. All fine. What is not fine: TNT dupers, obliterators, withers let loose in someone's town. This isn't anarchy. Don't wipe bases off the map.
Xray, fly, killaura, autoclickers, macros, reach mods, tracers. Checks run in the background. First offense is a ban.
Any duping method, chunk-lag tricks, entity cramming for mob heads, corrupt-chunk teleports. Find a bug, report it in Discord. Don't farm it.
30-block spawn protection. Everywhere else is open. If you don't want to fight, don't put yourself where fights happen. Combat logging is a bannable offense.
If someone's streaming, you can't use what you see on their stream to jump them, find their base, or predict their moves. Watching is fine. Weaponising is not. This includes reading their chat.
Redstone contraptions or mob farms that tank server TPS get removed. Ask staff before building anything that runs 24/7 or produces items on loop.
No slurs, no doxxing, no starting fights that spill into DMs. Global chat is English. Other languages are fine in DMs and party chat.
Don't post other server IPs in chat, DMs, or on signs. Instant ban. This includes YouTube channels “promoting” other servers.
Alts to double claims or dodge bans get both accounts banned. Housemates sharing an IP need to ping staff so we don't flag you.
If a mod says stop, stop. Appeals go in a Discord ticket, not in chat. Arguing with staff in global gets you muted.
